If you're here, it means you're one of our favorite people, and we truly couldn’t imagine this day without you. We’re beyond excited to celebrate our wedding with you in Comporta, a place that holds a special place in our hearts.
We’re planning a weekend filled with love, laughter, and maybe just a few embarrassing dance moves. Expect great food, incredible company, and memories that will last a lifetime (along with some questionable song choices—consider this your warning!).
But this isn’t just a wedding—it’s an excuse to gather all the people we love in one place. Don’t think of it as a traditional wedding, but rather a pause in time, a chance to step away from daily life and simply enjoy the moment, with no pressure or expectations.
If you have the time, we encourage you to explore Comporta and its surroundings—its charming center, amazing restaurants, and breathtaking beaches.

Why Comporta?
Nestled between the sea and endless rice fields, on the northwest coast of Alentejo, Comporta is a hidden paradise where time seems to slow down. Famous for its golden beaches, rolling sand dunes, and vast rice paddies, this magical place has been shaped by generations of rice farmers, who have preserved its unique architecture—charming, low-built cabanas with thatched roofs, crafted from river grasses and pine beams.
But for us, Comporta is more than just a beautiful destination—it’s home to some of our happiest memories. Over the years, we’ve fallen in love with its laid-back spirit, its wild beauty, and that indescribable sense of freedom you feel the moment you arrive. It’s the kind of place that makes you forget what day it is—and honestly, that’s exactly the kind of energy we want for our wedding!
One day (hopefully not too far from now), we’d love to welcome you here in our own little corner of paradise. But in the meantime, we invite you to spend a weekend of love, laughter, and a little bit of adventure with us in Comporta. Come ready to celebrate, explore, and maybe even consider moving here too—just saying!

For the early birds (and the truly dedicated party starters), let’s kick off the celebrations the right way— with a drink in hand and zero formalities!
Think of it as a relaxed gathering, a place to catch up, meet new faces, and ease into the weekend at your own pace. No set schedule, no pressure—just good vibes, great company, and a glass (or two) to get things rolling. Drop by whenever you feel like it, and we’ll see where the night takes us!

Dress Code: We’d love for you to dress your best to celebrate with us—but in a way that’s elegant, yet relaxed. Think "Classy Beach Club"—chic, effortless, and perfect for a celebration by the sea.
Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable throughout the day. October in Comporta can be quite warm during the day and cooler in the evening, so consider light, breathable fabrics for the day and perhaps a light layer for the night.
Ladies, flowy dresses, linen, and soft pastels will match the seaside charm. Gentlemen, smart casual with linen shirts, tailored trousers, and loafers or stylish sandals will be perfect. High heels might not be your best friends in the sand, so opt for comfy elegance!
